Leadership execution & integration
Leadership execution is what happens between leadership meetings: decisions leaving the room with an owner and a date, commitments tracked to done, and dependencies moving between people without waiting for the next meeting. This is integrator work, and EEE runs it so decisions become delivery.
A decision everyone agreed with on Monday can sit untouched through Friday, and nobody even disagreed with it. Between meetings, no one owns the work that turns agreement into action. That gap is expensive, and it never shows up on a budget line.
This area installs and runs that connective layer. It's the reason EEE exists.
What this area covers
How does this change a leadership team?
In the first month we map how decisions travel today. Where they get made, where they stall, which ones keep coming back to you. Then the register and the rhythm go in, using your existing tools. If you run on EOS, we work inside your Level 10s, Rocks, and Scorecard. If you track KPIs, we keep them current and reviewed instead of decorative.
By the second month, meetings start assuming the last meeting's decisions happened. Because they did. We track two numbers for you: how many commitments have an owner and a date, and how many finish on time without you chasing them.
Does this replace a chief of staff?
For some companies, at this stage, yes. A full-time chief of staff is the right hire when you need a strategic proxy with deep internal authority. Until that role is stable enough to define and fill well, this delivers the execution layer of the role with two founders behind it.
Do our department heads have to adopt a new tool?
No. The register and rhythm live in the tools your team already uses. Adoption fails when a system demands new habits from busy people; this is designed around the habits that exist.
