Now welcoming two new partnerships
What we do

Projects & initiatives

Every growing company has work that belongs to no department: the launch, the office move, the annual event, the expansion. EEE takes temporary ownership of these projects, from plan through delivery, so they stop defaulting to the founder.

Cross-company projects fail the same way almost every time. They start with energy, then stall when the coordination lands on someone who already has a full-time job. The expertise is usually fine. What the project needs is an owner with the standing to move people who don't report to them.

We take that owner role for the life of the project, with a defined finish line.

What this area covers

Project planning that respects reality: scope, sequence, and the risks named early
Stakeholder communication, so nobody finds out late
Timeline and dependency management, with slippage surfaced when it's small
Launches, expansions, office moves, and major events run end to end
A clean handoff when the project becomes an operation

What kinds of projects fit?

The best fits are projects with a real finish line and many hands: a product launch's operational side, a market opening, a company event that matters, a systems migration, a move. We don't replace specialist judgment inside the work; we make sure the specialists, vendors, and your team stay synchronized around it.

One active initiative runs at a time inside a standard engagement, on purpose. Projects finish when someone can give them real attention.

Do you do the work or coordinate the work?

Both, at different layers. The coordination, communication, tracking, and unblocking is ours. Specialist work stays with specialists, and departmental work stays with your team, moved by a project rhythm that actually holds.
