We're both engaged on every account. Behind us is a small team that handles the everyday work, and specialist vendors we engage for special projects. We're based in Boca Raton, in person across Palm Beach County and selectively in Broward and Miami-Dade, and remote with clients across the U.S.

We built Elite Executive Ease on a simple belief: how a company runs deserves an owner. Decisions should be tracked until they are delivered. Workflows should be written down and improved. Support staff should work from one playbook, and tools should be chosen after the workflow underneath them is sound. None of that is complicated, but it has to be someone's actual job, and at the size we serve, no one can afford to make it a full-time seat. So we made it ours.

It works because nothing we do starts from scratch. The firm runs on a working library of playbooks, meeting systems, delegation structures, and tested automation. Each engagement refines it, and each new client starts with everything already in it. Whatever we build for you is written to the same standard and stays yours.
