Executive operations
Executive operations is the work that surrounds a founder's day: preparation before meetings, follow-through after them, research before decisions, and the coordination in between. EEE runs this as an owned workflow with a defined scope, not as a task list you have to manage.
Most founders we meet already have help. What they don't have is a system around their own attention. Meetings happen without prep. Decisions drift because nobody owns the follow-up. The calendar fills up with the wrong things.
This part of an engagement takes that over. You keep making the decisions. The machinery around them stops depending on your memory.
What this area covers
What does a typical month look like?
The first weeks are about learning how you actually work. Your priorities, your decision style, what you hand off easily and what you don't. We work inside the tools you already use instead of adding new ones.
After that the rhythm is steady. We align on priorities weekly, run the agreed workflows without reminders, and walk you through a monthly review of what moved and what we simplified. The number we care about most is how little comes back to your desk twice.
Is this the same as hiring an executive assistant?
It overlaps with the best version of that role, delivered differently. An EA is one person's capacity that you manage. This is a defined set of workflows owned by a two-founder firm, with documentation your company keeps. Many clients eventually hire an in-house person, and we help define and hand over that role when the time is right.
Do you need access to email and calendar?
For most of this area, yes, scoped to the smallest footprint that lets the work run. Access, boundaries, and approval rules are agreed in writing before anything starts.
