Now welcoming two new partnerships
What we do

Support staff & delegation

Team and admin operations gives your support staff one operating model: clear roles, written playbooks, coordinated workloads, and someone watching quality day to day. Your people keep their jobs and their employer. The daily improvisation is what we replace.

A hard-working support team and a founder who can't step away often go together. It usually means the team never got an operating model. Everyone does their best in their own way, and every non-routine task starts with a question to you.

We build the model and then run it: priorities, playbooks, and standards, with your team, not around them.

What this area covers

Role clarity: who owns what, in writing, without a reorg
Playbooks for the work that repeats, written to be used rather than filed
Workload coordination and priorities, so effort lands where it matters
Onboarding and offboarding procedures, written down and run the same way every time
Performance plans kept organized and on schedule, while every decision stays yours
The culture rhythm: recognition, check-ins, and the habits that keep a small team cohesive
Definition of the future in-house role, when one becomes the right structure

How do you work with our existing staff?

Respectfully, and side by side. Your team's knowledge of how things really work becomes the raw material for the playbooks. The difference is that it stops living only in their heads. Day to day we set priorities and review quality against simple, visible standards. Formal employment authority stays entirely yours.

The measure that matters here is how many tasks start and finish without your instructions, and how quickly a new person could pick up a documented role.

Can you take on HR work?

A good share of it. We design and run onboarding and offboarding, keep reviews and performance plans organized and on schedule, and build the culture rhythm that holds a small team together. Decisions about hiring, firing, pay, and anything legal stay with you and your counsel.

Is this outsourced management of our employees?

No. It's functional working direction inside an agreed scope: priorities, playbooks, cadence, and quality. Hiring, compensation, and employment decisions remain yours, and anything touching them comes to you framed and prepared.
