Getting Started
If you are a founder, executive, or entrepreneur who feels like there are never enough hours in the day, you are likely a great fit. We work best with people who are ready to delegate and trust a partner to represent them. Our initial consultation is free and that is where we figure it out together.
We hop on a call and get to know how your day actually runs. What is eating at your time? What keeps slipping through the cracks? Where do you wish you had more support? From there, we map out what working together would look like and whether it makes sense for both sides.
Typically within one to two weeks of your consultation. We schedule a strategy session, complete your onboarding, and get your client portal set up before we begin. We move quickly, but we do the setup right.
Not at all. Most of our work is done remotely and our full services are available to clients anywhere. We offer in-person onboarding for clients in the South Florida area, but it is not required.
We are headquartered in Boca Raton and provide in-person executive assistant support across South Florida. Our primary service cities include Boca Raton, Miami, Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach, and Delray Beach. We also serve clients remotely anywhere in the United States.
A fractional executive assistant is a senior-level EA who works with multiple clients on a part-time or retainer basis rather than full-time for a single company. Unlike traditional full-time EAs, fractional EAs bring deep strategic experience and focus on high-impact work. You get the expertise of a seasoned executive support professional without the cost of a full-time salary and benefits. EEE offers three packages: Kickstart at $1,500, Essentials at $3,500, and Premier at $4,500 per month, with custom solutions available for clients who need a more tailored scope. This represents significant savings compared to a full-time senior EA, which typically costs $85,000 to $175,000 or more annually in salary plus benefits. Staffing agencies place individual contractors and then step away. You're on your own if something doesn't work out or coverage is needed. EEE is an EA firm that provides ongoing managed support. You get a team backing your operations, not just a person. We build and maintain systems, establish processes, provide backup coverage when needed, and are accountable to your success. You're not hiring and managing an individual—you're partnering with a firm committed to your outcomes.
How It Works
On the business side: calendar management, travel coordination, vendor communication, HR admin, document organization, software admin, data rooms, and more. On the personal side: appointments, important dates, personal logistics, and the things you never get to. Our scope grows as we learn more about you.
Both. Many of our clients find the personal side just as impactful as the business side. We look at your time as a whole. If something in your personal life is eating into your capacity, we want to address it.
Absolutely. We integrate into what you have, not the other way around. Whether you use a specific project management tool, calendar setup, or existing workflow, we adapt to it. We are not here to disrupt what is already working.
We adapt to how you communicate best. Whether that is email, a messaging app, or a task system, we work in your preferred channel. We also do regular check-in calls to stay aligned and make sure nothing falls through.
Most clients feel a meaningful shift in the first 30 to 60 days. The first few weeks are about learning your world. After that, anticipation kicks in and direction becomes minimal. By month three, most clients say it feels completely natural.
Pricing
Short version: we do not bill by the hour because the hour is not where the value is. Our systems, AI tools, and the knowledge we build about you over time mean we get more done in less time than any hourly model could. Your portal runs around the clock. Our workflows improve every month. You pay for outcomes, not a time sheet.
No lock-in. Thirty days notice is all we ask. We would rather earn your business every month than keep you in a contract. We do offer multi-month packages at better rates for clients who want to commit, and we can walk through those on a call.
Different model, different math. We built our systems and AI tools to do focused, high-impact work without the overhead that comes with a traditional hire. No ramp-up, no management time, no training period. Your portal runs around the clock, and our workflows get sharper every month we work together. Each package has a defined scope. We track everything on our end, and if you are consistently going beyond it, we will let you know and talk through options before any additional charges apply. Same goes for urgent same-day requests, which carry a small priority fee. No mystery invoices. We always have that conversation first.
Anytime. As your needs shift, we scale with you. Same team, same systems, wider scope. No friction, no restart.
Happens all the time. If something comes up outside your current scope, we flag it and talk through the best way to handle it. Small one-offs we usually absorb. For anything bigger, we work out the right arrangement before moving forward. No surprises. We always have that conversation first.
