The easiest way is to text or email Anastasia directly. You can also message through Notion comments on any page in the portal. We'll log it on the project board, assign it a status, and keep you updated as it moves through the pipeline. The portal is always the source of truth for where things stand.
How does billing work, and can I change my package?
Billing is flat monthly. No hourly charges, no surprise invoices. You can upgrade, downgrade, or customize your package at any time. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle. Just let Anastasia know and we'll handle the transition.
What happens with sensitive or private information in the portal?
Your portal is completely private. Only you and your assigned EA have access. We take confidentiality seriously and never share client information. All data lives in your secured Notion workspace, and we follow strict privacy protocols for everything from financial details to personal preferences.
